About William

My name is William Hubbell, and I am running for Shoreline City Council Position #2. I have lived in Shoreline for the past 20 years with my wife, Debbie, who teaches in the Shoreline School District. I have three sons, William attends Shorewood, Niko will be going to Einstein Middle School, and Mitchell attends Syre Elementary. I have served on many local committees which include: the YMCA Board, the Shoreline Public Schools Foundation Board, Sunset Park Committee, Shoreline Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development Committee for Shoreline, and coached my son's Hillwood and Richmond Little League teams.

For the city of Shoreline, I will be a leader who makes fair decisions based on all the facts and information gathered with an open mind. I have no political affiliation or agendas and will be doing what I feel is best for the community that I love. I have consulted and run businesses in the Shoreline and greater Seattle areas. My expertise comes in communication and building common strategies with people who may not have the same thoughts or goals. In our final development in regards to our Aurora corridor, new relationships must be forged with positive outcomes to solidify the balances between neighborhoods, businesses, environment, costs and growth. As your council member I will do my best to keep citizens of Shoreline proud of their community.
